FREEZE DRYING- WHAT`S THAT?
During freeze-drying process cristals of frozen water are eliminated from product- in vacuum ice became directly into vapour. Frozen product is dried in low temperature. This is a reason why final product contain all physical attributes and nutritional values. Mainteined structure allows to rehydrate product.
